ZOLTAN
a Solana token with every control lever shown in public. One person holds the keys — Hank Elsner — and this page names every power those keys carry, updates the moment anything changes on chain, and hands you the tools to check all of it yourself.

Why this exists
I'm Hank Elsner. I have a blue-collar day job, a family, and a stubborn habit of building things at night.
I'm trying to buy back days. Every day I'm not on a job site is a day I can spend building — on my own projects, and increasingly on other people's. That's the whole ambition. Not a lambo, not an exit. Days.
- Doginal Dog — a marketplace for Dogecoin inscriptions and DRC-20 tokens, built because the space deserved something that actually loads and can actually be found.
- A pile of Dogecoin projects — a non-custodial wallet, a Bible-verse inscription mint, a 250-piece challenge-coin collection for the skilled trades, an adoption shelter for unwanted inscriptions. I built them and I keep them running.
- A 24/7 radio station that doesn't sleep, running on the same box as everything else.
- Whatever a friend needs hosted. It averages hundreds of dollars a month and I subsidise essentially all of it. Nobody who uses my infrastructure gets an invoice.
ZOLTAN is one of those late-night projects. It's a real token, configured the risky way on purpose, in public, with my name on it — so that the dangerous configuration is something you can look at instead of something you read about after the fact. The longer version of that story is here.
Where it is in development
ZOLTAN is my brand token, and it is in its development phase. That is the honest status, and it explains everything about how it is configured today.
- The controls are still in my hands. While a token is being built, the authorities stay live so it can be changed — supply, the transfer fee, the metadata. All six are named here, with who holds them, read live from the chain.
- Revoking them is the milestone. Each authority I give up is permanent and irreversible. When one goes, the lamp on this page turns without anyone announcing it, because it is read from the chain.
- The transfer fee is 2.5%, taken out of the amount sent. Work out any amount here.
- No liquidity pool exists yet. That is the next thing being built.
- Everything is checkable. The exact commands are published, and this site's own rug detector reports on ZOLTAN the same way it reports on anything else.
